1. Organizer
The Organizer of this promotion is Microsoft Singapore Pte Ltd ("Microsoft"). By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, which may be amended by Microsoft at any time, without prior notice. Microsoft reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. Microsoft shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result.

All questions or disputes regarding this promotion and the terms and conditions will be determined by Microsoft at its sole discretion. Microsoft’s decision shall be final and binding.

2. Description of Promotion
This promotion starts from 8 August 2008, and only while stocks last. Endusers are entitled to redeem a pair of Movie Money Vouchers when they activate their free one month gold membership that comes with the Xbox console. All redemptions must be submitted online at www.xperts.com.sg.

3. Eligibility
This promotion is open to everyone except employees of Microsoft and their immediate families, its resellers, advertising agencies and suppliers.

This promotion is valid only for purchase made within promotion period. Enduser must have a valid Xbox console serial number, gamer tag and activated the one month free trial gold membership on Xbox Live prior to submission of redemption details.

Microsoft reserves the right to automatically disqualify all incomplete submissions.

Only one redemption per console serial number per customer is allowed.

Unless otherwise stated, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, discounts or special offers. Microsoft reserves the right to reject any person from participating in this promotion.

4. Additional Terms and Conditions
Movie tickets will be issued in the form of Movie Money Voucher and are not exchangeable for cash. Third party terms and conditions apply for usage of Movie Money Voucher.

Delivery of Movie Money Voucher will only be made to valid addresses in Singapore. Endusers with overseas address will not be eligible for this promotion.

Microsoft reserves the right to replace Movie Money Voucher with other vouchers of similar value.

This promotion is solely for endusers only.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Singapore law, and all participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore in relation to all disputes with Microsoft relating to this promotion.

Microsoft may require that you submit information which may include your email address, ID number and other personal information ("Personal Information"). Your Personal Information will only be used by Microsoft in accordance with this section, applicable data protection laws and regulations and Microsoft’s privacy policy referred to below, for the purposes of administering the Participant’s participation in the contest. By participating in the promotion, you consent to Microsoft’s collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of and in relation to the promotion. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MAY BE OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES (WHO ARE NOT AFFILIATES OF MICROSOFT) IN CONJUNCTION WITH THIS PROMOTION ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY, SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE AS PROVIDED BY THOSE THIRD PARTIES. MICROSOFT ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAME AND SUCH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

9. Release
By participating in this promotion, you release and hold harmless Microsoft, its affiliates, contractors and agents and their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense and injuries, including but not limited to, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with your participation in the promotion.

10. Severability
If any terms and conditions above or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under the law, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
